The goal is to prepare participants to take an active role in advancing the state for the common good. Their first meeting will take place in Jefferson City, the seat of Missouri government.

WHO:              Missouri business and government leaders from throughout the state, who were nominated by their employers to participate in the 2014 Leadership Missouri Class.

WHEN:            Tuesday, April 7 through Friday, April 10.

WHERE:         Jefferson City, Mo.

WHY:              As the hub of state government, Jefferson City gives participants an opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate, as well as tour local military and correctional institutions.
